integrated was founded by its Managing Director, Steve Laming and is rapidly establishing itself as a highly effective results-driven business consultancy with a customer service centred approach.

Steve has held significant positions in both large blue chip organisations and in small SMEs and has a wide range of experience. He has a master’s degree with an MA in Sales Management and his research was into the field of integrated sales and marketing in SMEs and has a high level of expertise and experience in this field.

Steve is also qualified as an Engineer, a Quality Professional and an Operations Management Professional. Steve was a General Manager for multinational French organisation Saint Gobain and was the Production Project Leader for new model introduction at Honda Manufacturing. His most recent position was as Sales and Marketing Director at an SME, WPL Ltd, where he successfully changed the orientation of the company from a manufacturing organisation to a selling organisation resulting in 40% sales growth in less than two years despite the recession.

The breadth of experience and knowledge are the cornerstone of integrated and with an integrity and genuine desire to assist other companies in achieving success then integrated sales and marketing services are rapidly becoming a consultancy of choice for small and medium sized companies.
